The currents here can be extremely strong, and divers need to be very experienced and comfortable with drift diving. The rewards are worth it, though, as the dive site is home to manta rays, mobula rays, and many other pelagic fish.

Mangrove Point

Mangrove Point is a muck dive site, which means it's not known for its coral reefs. However, it's a great place to see some unusual and interesting marine life, such as nudibranchs, frogfish, and octopus. The dive site is also home to a healthy population of turtles.

Occasional strong current translates to very healthy corals with their beautiful colors. Here you often see Turtles, Barracudas, Octopus, Moray Eels, Puffers, Mantis Shrimps, and many more.

SD point
